Project's Goal

The project consisted of identifying and applying improvements in order to facilitate the user experience.


Solutions

I conducted an internal research into the current system operations, followed by user interviews aimed at understanding their challenges. Taking charge of the entire process, I scripted the interviews and arranged meetings with the users. These interviews were conducted via video calls, recorded, and transcribed. Afterwards, I developed user flows, personas, and a prototype, which streamlined operations by reducing clicks and enhancing usability.
